Romero Moves 2025: A Heartwarming Success!
Our second annual Romero House Moves was a huge success! On a beautiful, sunny Sunday, more than 100 participants—families, friends, neighbours, volunteers, and former residents—came together to walk, run, and celebrate the community. Together, we raised $34,160 to continue supporting the work we do at Romero House!

University Women’s Club of Toronto Fundraiser
in EventJoin the University of Toronto Women’s Club on April 24, 6:30 pm at the Faculty Club for a special evening in support of Romero House. Hear from keynote speaker Nancy Lam, an immigration lawyer and author of a novel based on her own mother’s story of migrating to Canada.

Christian Meditation Group announcement from Michael McMorrow
in EventCommunity member Michael McMorrow is starting a Christian Meditation group for any interested members of the Romero House community, such as residents, workers, staff, and volunteers. The group will gather every two weeks, with the time and location to be confirmed.

Knit Together TO
in EventJoin us! Let’s knit with and for our neighbours. Beginners are welcomed! No previous experience required. Knitting reduces stress, teaches important life skills, and encourages community. We are very grateful to StreeKnit for supporting this event.

Evening of Peace 2024
